prices.extra_fees. Use the Name column as name. Also matches lists other names
that belong on the same row. Send each category only once in its section.
- A fee that is not in this catalog stays under Other: omit
categoryand send your ownname. - Taxes use
typepercentand requireapplies_to. - A later PATCH updates a catalog fee by
